She began her career in Queensland, Australia with Ray White, consistently ranking within the top 1% of salespeople in the state. In 2006, she became Principal and owner of two Ray White offices, building a substantial rent roll of over 800 properties.
After successfully selling her businesses, Debbie returned to New Zealand in 2016, joining RE/MAX New Zealand. Her trajectory continued upward, culminating in her 2018 induction into the prestigious RE/MAX Hall of Fame, along with recognition as one of the Top 50 salespeople globally under the RE/MAX banner.
In 2022, Debbie made the deliberate move away from traditional franchise models, establishing her own brand, Debbie Aldred Real Estate, under a more agile, hybrid structure supported by Independent Agent Ltd.
