In 2022, Debbie took a bold step to leave franchise-based brands and started up her own business working with a new hybrid style of selling under the name of Debbie Aldred Real Estate, supported by Independent Agent Ltd.
She came up with the idea of creating a real estate hub to enable her and her real estate colleagues, a shared office space to produce high-class marketing collateral and a beautiful space in which to meet and greet clients. The move has been overwhelmingly successful enabling her to provide a much more personalized service for her clients.
