Beginning her real estate career in Queensland, Australia with Ray White, Debbie was consistently one of Queensland’s top 1% of performing salespeople. She was Principal and owner of two Ray White offices from 2006 with a rent roll of some 800+ properties. She sold the businesses in preparation for her move back to New Zealand where she joined RE/MAX New Zealand in 2016. In 2018 she was awarded the prestigious honour of being a recipient of the “Hall of Fame” and one of the Top 50 salespeople in the world under the RE/MAX banner.

In 2022, Debbie took a bold step to leave franchise-based brands and started up her own business working with a new hybrid style of selling under the name of Debbie Aldred Real Estate, supported by Independent Agent Ltd. She came up with the idea of creating a real estate hub to enable her and her real estate colleagues, a shared office space to produce high-class marketing collateral and a beautiful space in which to meet and greet clients. The move has been overwhelmingly successful enabling her to provide a much more personalized service for her clients.
